AI Booking Assistant is an independent Spanish project, created in Barcelona in 2026 by and for self-employed professionals who were losing hours a day answering WhatsApp, jotting appointments on paper and chasing payments.

To completely eliminate the wasted time managing schedules, so independent professionals can dedicate every minute to what truly matters: their work, their clients and their life outside the business.
Where we come from
It all started watching friends — masseuses, coaches, photographers, personal trainers — lose hours each week to repetitive tasks: replying «do you have a slot on Thursday?», reminding people via WhatsApp «don't forget tomorrow», chasing payments, dealing with last-minute cancellations.
Tools existed, yes. But none were built for solo professionals, nor did they respect the different trades or the privacy of clients. That's how AI Booking Assistant was born: a real AI bot, made in Spain, focused on discretion and respect.
