Do I need to know how to program or have technical knowledge?+
Not at all. You set up your schedule and services in 5 minutes from the web dashboard. The bot chats with your clients on WhatsApp or Telegram without you writing a single line of code. If you can use Instagram, you can use AI Booking Assistant.
How does my client learn about the bot?+
When you sign up we generate your unique WhatsApp Business link and a Telegram link (@My_AI_Booking_Assistant_Bot with your ID). Share it in your Instagram bio, TikTok, business card, or wherever. Anyone who clicks starts talking to YOUR personalized bot.
What happens if a client doesn't show up (no-show)?+
The deposit is not refunded — it stays as compensation for the blocked slot. Also, the client receives an automatic negative rating, which reduces their credibility for future bookings with other professionals in the network.
How long in advance can a client cancel without losing the deposit?+
You decide when configuring your account. Default: if they cancel more than 1 hour in advance, full refund. Less than 1 hour, they lose the deposit. You can adjust the window to 24h, 48h, or whatever makes sense in your sector.
Are my data and my clients' data secure?+
Yes. We encrypt all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our servers are in the European Union, we fully comply with GDPR. We never sell or share data with third parties. You can export or delete all your information anytime.
Can I manage multiple services with different prices?+
Yes, plus extras. You can create as many services as you want (or up to 100/month on Basic), with independent prices, durations and deposits. You can also add optional extras.
How is the community of professionals protected?+
There's a private and optional collaborative verification system. When a client no-shows or misbehaves, it's recorded in your history and, with your consent, in an anonymous database that other verified professionals can query.
Is there a minimum term or can I cancel anytime?+
No minimum term. No hidden clauses. Cancel from the dashboard with one click and your account stays active until the end of the paid billing cycle. Your data remains exportable for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
